Our extra virgin hemp seed oil is high in all the good fats, packed full of omega 3 and is really low in saturated fat (40% less than olive oil). Although the same as the original health wise this guy has a richer, fuller flavour. Meaning cooking wise, you’re better off sticking with the original, but for taste and dressings this is the winner.
