Cauliflower Flatbread Pizza
Everyone has tried pizza, but have you ever tried cauliflower pizza before?
This is @Myveganminimalists Middle-Eastern twist on the classic pizza, using a flatbread as the base and topping with hummus, cauliflower and Good Hemp Heart Seeds. The recipe is very versatile and you can get creative adding different toppings depending on what you enjoy eating.

Cooked using
- 1 cauliflower
- 2 tbsp Good Hemp Original Oil or Good Hemp Extra Virgin Oil
- 3 tsp Cajun seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 50g hummus
- 2 flatbreads
- 3 tbsp Good Hemp Seed Hearts
- 2 tbsp black sesame seeds (or other seeds)
- A handful of fresh rocket
Method
Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them on a linked baking sheet.
Drizzle with oil, then add Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Roast at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
In the meantime, spread hummus on each flatbread.
Remove cauliflower from the oven.
Divide cauliflower florets between the two flatbreads.
Sprinkle with seeds and place in the oven for 10 more minutes at 180 degrees.
Serve with rocket or any other toppings of your choice.
