Vegan Strawberry Chocolate Muffins

If you’re feeling a little last minute, then we have the perfect recipe for you! Introducing @myveganminmalists strawberry and chocolate muffins!  They are fruity and chocolatey and packed with all things Good Hemp – what more could anyone want?

  • Muffins
  • 70g caster sugar
  • 125g whole wheat flour
  • 100g plain flour
  • 25g Good Hemp Seed Flour
  • 2.5tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 210ml Good Hemp + Oat Milk
  • 65ml oil
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 60g chocolate (chopped)
  • 120g strawberries (chopped)
  • Topping
  • 10g caster sugar
  • 20g oats
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil



Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.


In a separate bowl mix Good Hemp milk, oil, vanilla & lemon juice.


Combine your wet and dry mixtures.


Gently fold in chopped chocolate and strawberries.


Add the mixture to a lined muffin tray. Fill each mould all the way to the top.


In a small bowl, mix all your topping ingredients.


Sprinkle the topping mixture over the muffins.


Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (fan setting).


Wait for the muffins to cool & enjoy!
