Savoury CBD & Hemp Seed Granola

You think you know granola. Nutty and sweet, it’s a great choice for breakfast or a healthy snack. However, have you ever tried a savoury granola? This recipe by plant-based chef Lauren Lovatt tosses a oat and hemp seed base with parsley, nutritional yeast, lemon zest and Pure CBD Oil, for a nut-free, savoury twist on a morning favourite. Take any meal to the next level by sprinkling this bad boy on top, we particularly love it with our hemp seed pesto and zucchini tagliatelle. Sprinkle away!

Cooked using

  • 1 cup Parsley
  • ½ cup hemp oil
  • ½ tsp agave syrup
  • 1 dropper Good Hemp Natural CBD Oil (250mg)
  • A large pinch of salt, or two
  • 1 cup oats
  • ½ cup hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • The zest of one lemon



Preheat your oven to 160C. First blend the hemp oil, natural 250mg CBD oil, parsley, agave and salt into a vibrant green mixture.


In a separate bowl add the remaining dry ingredients and mix together. Then, pour on your herb oil and mix it all together until the oats and hemp seeds are evenly coated. Taste and add more salt/agave if needed.


Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until golden. Wait to cool then sprinkle on top of any dish or toss through a salad.
