Hemp and Chocolate Breakfast Shake

Gluten free, dairy free and vegan, this shake makes the perfect grab-and-go breakfast or snack. Plus it tastes proper chocolatey so it feels like you’re indulging when actually you’re earning nutrition points!
Cooked using
- 40g gluten free rolled oats (for an extra protein boost, substitute half the oats for a scoop of Good Hemp Pure Protein)
- 220ml Good Hemp Seed Milk
- 2 tbsp Good Hemp Seeds
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Toppings
- Extra Good Hemp Seeds
- Granola
- Vegan chocolate chips
Method
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a lidded jar and leave in the fridge for at least 3 hours but ideally overnight.
Once it’s thickened up and fully chilled, add any toppings you like and enjoy!
