Zucchini & Tagliatelle Salad

This veggie filled tagliatelle recipe is the perfect base for any pasta dish. We love tossing it together with our CBD and hemp seed pesto and sprinkling over some savoury CBD granola for a super chilled summer salad. This recipe was developed for us by plant-based chef Lauren Lovatt who is accustomed to adding CBD to her recipes.

“So many people know a bit about CBD but they think you can just take it under your tongue and that’s it,” Lauren explains, “But then if it doesn’t take so good, it puts you off a little bit. I love to be able to use it in food and show people that it can be a delicious ingredient, and then can have so many amazing benefits as well”

Ingredients
  • 200g tagliatelle
  • 1 zucchini, cut into ribbons
  • A handful of cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 radish, finely sliced
  • ¼ cup CBD pesto
  • A small handful of fresh leaves
  • 2 tbsp savoury CBD & hemp seed granola

Method

Simply cook your tagliatelle until al dente, then once drained and cooled, simply throw all of the ingredients together. Drizzle your CBD pesto over and sprinkle the granola on top. Feeling chilled in 3… 2… 1…
