Tropical CBD Chia Pudding
Great as either a healthy pudding or an easy breakfast you can make the night before, our CBD chia pudding is as chilled as it gets. Like hemp seeds, chia seeds are a great source of omega-3, fibre and protein and when combined with liquid, expand to form a gelatinous gooey texture. We recommend topping with kiwi, mango and coconut flakes, however any fruit works!
Cooked using
- 60g chia seeds
- 150ml dairy free yoghurt
- 2 servings of Good Hemp 1000mg CBD Oil
- 130ml dairy free milk
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and extra for drizzle
- 1 kiwi (skin removed and cut into small chunks)
- 100g mango chunks
- 1 tablespoon of toasted coconut flakes
Method
In a large bowl combine the chia seeds, yoghurt, CBD Oil, dairy free milk, and maple syrup. Place into the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes to set.
When ready to eat split the mixture between two bowls. Top with chopped kiwi, mango, and toasted coconut flakes. Drizzle with a little more maple syrup and enjoy.
