Summer Berry and CBD Ice Lollies
We know you love our CBD ice lollies so here’s another to add to the mix! This recipe is easy to make and uses ingredients you probably already have. Developed for us by plant based chef and Good Hemp ambassador Lauren Lovatt, these ice lollies are the perfect antidote to a stressful day.
Cooked using
- 150g frozen berries
- 1 frozen banana
- 50ml of Good Hemp seed milk
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 pipettes Good Hemp CBD
- 150g vegan white chocolate, chopped
Method
Blend the frozen berries with the lemon juice, banana and Milk. Blend until smooth. Place the mixture into lollipop moulds and insert the wooden sticks.
Place the Lollipops in the freezer until set, for at least three hours. When they are set, prepare the chocolate.
Heat a small saucepan half filled with water on a medium heat and place a heat proof bowl on top of the pan ready to melt the chocolate. Add the chopped white chocolate to the bowl with the CBD and stir gently to melt.
Take the top bowl from the heat and let it cool slightly so the chocolate is near to room temperature but still melted. Set up a cooling rack with baking paper underneath ready for the lollipops.
One by one dip the lollipops into the CBD chocolate and place on the cooling rack. Continue with all the lollipops and immediately put them back into the freezer until ready to eat.
