Strawberries and Hemp CBD Cream
Make like Kim Kardashian and recreate your favourite sweet treats with Hemp and Pure CBD Oil. Back in April, the reality star held a CBD baby shower complete with sound baths, massages, hemp flower arranging and a range of sweet CBD delicacies due to its calming effects. Think Chrissy Teigen totally relaxed around a CBD chocolate fountain. This summer, we had a party of our own, taking some of our friends and fans down the London canals on Good Hemp’s very own Go Boat so we teamed up with Lauren Lovatt of Plant Based Culinary Academy to create the hemp picnic to end all hemp picnics. There were CBD Caramel shortbreads, O’so Good Hemp Brownies and these Strawberries and Hemp Cream with CBD (instant hit). We decided to share this quick and easy recipe to make your own at home. Kim Kardashian, eat your heart out!
- 1 punnet of strawberries
- 50g Good Hemp Seeds
- 100g Good Hemp Barista Milk
- 60g Coconut Butter (bliss/manna), melted
- 20g agave
- ¼ tsp vanilla powder/extract
- Pinch of salt
- 5 drops of Good Hemp Natural CBD Oil (250mg)
Method
Wash strawberries and place in the fridge with the tops in tact.
Make your cream by blending the hemp, milk, salt, agave and vanilla in a high-speed blender or NutriBullet.
Once smooth, add the melted coconut butter and Natural 250mg CBD oil and blend again until silky. Pour into a small bowl ready for dipping.
Line a plate with baking parchment and take the strawberries out of the fridge.
Dip each strawberry, one by one, into the ‘hemp cream’ and tap of any excess. Place onto the baking parchment and continue until all the strawberries are dipped.
Sprinkle on some extra hemp seeds or desiccated coconut for added texture. Place back in the fridge to set. Enjoy in the sunshine.
Place back in the fridge to set for 20 minutes. Take out and enjoy as many as you want!
