Rainbow Veggie Wraps with CBD Tahini Dressing

June is about all things rainbow 🌈 and so we’re of course going to be extending that to our recipes! Perfect for this time of the year when it’s starting to heat up and you’re wanting to stay away from the oven, these wraps are full of fresh veggies to help you cool down and freshen up.

As you know, we’re all about working CBD into our recipes and this tahini dressing has got to be one of our favourites so far. The recipe calls for a pipette full but just add one dose per serving of your regular amount and you’ll be good to go.

Ingredients
  • FOR THE WRAPS
  • 2 large thumbs of ginger
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1/4 small red cabbage
  • 2 little gem lettuce
  • 1 tub (200g) hummus
  • 4 wholemeal tortilla wraps
  • 40g watercress
  • 5 tbsp hemp seed hearts
  • FOR THE TAHINI DIPPING SAUCE
  • 6 tbsp tahini
  • 1/2 lemon (juice)
  • 1 pipette CBD oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp hemp seed hearts
  • Cold water (to thin the dip)

Method

Peel and grate ginger and carrot. Grate red cabbage. Wash lettuce.

Spread a thick layer of hummus on each wrap.

Add lettuce, then add the remaining ingredients (hemp seed, carrot, cabbage, watercress, and ginger).

Roll each wrap tightly, then cut into 2cm thick pieces.

To make your dip, mix tahini, lemon juice, and CBD oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add hemp seed hearts. Lastly, add cold water to thin out the dipping sauce to a desired consistency.

Serve wraps with tangy tahini dipping sauce and enjoy!
