Now here’s a good fact: hemp protein is a complete plant protein, which contains all 20 amino acids that our bodies need to stay healthy (including all nine essential amino acids that our bodies can’t produce themselves). Heather, otherwise known as The Protein Chef  created these quick and easy choco-peanut hemp protein bars made using our Good Hemp Protein. Each bar has 217 calories, 8.9g protein, 34g carbs, 7g of fat.

  • 75g Medjool dates
  • 30g Peanuts
  • 10g Cacao powder
  • 10g Good Hemp Protein Powder
  • 15g Good Hemp Milk



Throw everything into a food processor and blend until it forms a ball.


Remove from the blender, press into a small lined tin.


Chill in the fridge for at least two hours before slicing into bars.
