Good Hemp are pleased to announce that we have teamed up with Eva Humphries, a BANT Registered Nutritionist, on a series of educational videos about all things hemp.
This episode will look at some nutritional strategies that may support glowing skin from within.

- Vitamins and minerals

A few fun facts from the video:
- A study found that people who skipped breakfast, had a greater breakdown of skin protein, which we do not want. Therefore we should start our day with a high protein breakfast.
- Vitamin C is needed to make collagen.
- Vitamin E may assist in the reduction of skin damage – vitamin E can be found in products like nuts and seeds.
