CBD & Hemp Seed Pesto

Still taking CBD oil under your tongue? That’s soo 2019. This pesto recipe is our latest favourite way to take our daily dose, and can also be a great way to start incorporating CBD into your routine. We love how the earthiness of the CBD is balanced by the lemon zest and fresh herbs. We recommend trying it out in a pasta salad, by drizzling the pesto over tagliatelle, raw zucchini ribbons and tomatoes for a fresh, summery supper. There really is no better way to relax…

Cooked using

  • ½ cup watercress
  • ½ cup parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • A large pinch salt
  • 1 cup hemp oil
  • 1 dropper Good Hemp Natural CBD Oil (250mg)
  • 1 cup Good Hemp Seed Hearts



Roughly chop the herbs and place them in a food processor with the garlic. Process to chop a little more then add the nutritional yeast, lemon juice & zest, chilli flakes and salt.


Process again and start to gradually stream in the hemp seed oil.


A once everything is in the processor add our Pure CBD oil and hemp seeds. Process lightly but try to keep the texture of the seeds. Voila!
