Carrot Cake Overnight Protein Oats
Veggies and protein for breakfast, but it tastes like pudding! WIN! These overnight “proats” (protein oats) have all the yummy flavours of carrot cake but pack a nutritional punch too, thanks to all the hemp seed goodness.
In fact they contain three of our Good Hemp Products:
Hemp Seed Hearts: We remove the shells (they don’t taste great and get stuck in your teeth) but other that, it’s just little hemp seeds in a nice pouch. Inside the seeds, it’s a different story. They’re full of all sorts of good, packed with protein, fibre and omega 3, aka the three things you’re constantly being told you need more of.

- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1 carrot (grated)
- 1/4 cup of raisins
- 1 tbsp Good Hemp, Hemp Seed Hearts
- 1 tbsp Good Hemp Protein Powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1.5 cups of Good Hemp Seed Milk
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional toppings:
- Grated carrot
- Peanut Butter
- Nuts / seeds
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Add the wet ingredients and mix again
Transfer to a sealable jar and leave in the fridge overnight.
Add your toppings and serve cold.
